Return and Refund Policy
At Lavish Luxury, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that buying online, especially when it comes to luxury items, may not always provide the experience you expected. That's why we offer a simple and straightforward return policy.
Return Eligibility
You may return any item purchased from our store within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that do not meet these criteria.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at LavishLuxuryStore@proton.me. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our dedicated customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at LavishLuxuryStore@proton.me.
